Elastic thread ring is used instead of rubber ring material, which has excellent performance in traditional hemorrhoid ligation. Traditional rubber ring is used as binding material, its disadvantage is that rubber is easy to aging, fatigue and deterioration. Elastic thread ligation is a new way to replace the rubber ring with elastic line, which is made of special polymer material with Silica gel. It has unique performance, avoids a series of inherent defects of rubber, and can obviously improve the binding effect.
Elastic thread ring can be extremely tight, which basically avoiding postoperative bleeding. When the elastic thread is tied on the target tissue, the inner diameter of the loop can be further reduced by automatically tightening the elastic thread. Therefore, the binding of the target tissue is extremely tight, the ulcer surface after tissue falling off is very small (close to zero), and the hemorrhoidal vessels are completely occluded, which basically avoids the risk of postoperative bleeding

The different material of ligator makes two key indicators of ligator for hemorrhoids change, so, our product improves the scale and effect of surgery.
One of the key indicators is the length of inner bore of ligation band
The minimum length of inner bore of rubber band is 1.5 mm, which is more likely to make the ligated tissues necrosis incompletely and increases the risk of bleeding when the knot detaches.
The length of inner bore of elastic band is nearly zero, which makes the ligated tissues necrosis completely without haemorrhage.
Another key indicator is elastic recoil of ligation band
Rubber band may slip leading to ineffective treatment. It may also reduce the elasticity resulting in the ligated tissues necrosis incompletely and increasing the complications because of storage time and material.
