Product Application: Internal Hemorrhoids & Mixed Hemorrhoids
Multiple points can be ligated on the same horizontal level, and the effect of anal cushion lifting is obvious. Due to the defect of the rubber band in traditional ligation, generally no more than 3 ligation points on the same horizontal level, otherwise it is easy to slip off. New ligation device use elastic threads instead of rubber bands, banding is extremely tight, so the numbers of ligation point can be appropriately increased, and the effect of anal pad lifting is obvious. For severe circular prolapse hemorrhoids, 3 to 4 points can be ligated on the base of the hemorrhoid piles, and 6 to 8 points can be ligated at upper mucosa which above the hemorrhoid (i.e. around the rectal wall, which is equivalent to a circle of hemorrhoid mucosa resection ), the anal cushion lifting effort is similar to PPH but without foreign body matters and scars.

The different material of ligator makes two key indicators of ligator for hemorrhoids change, so, our product improves the scale and effect of surgery.
One of the key indicators is the length of inner bore of ligation band
The minimum length of inner bore of rubber band is 1.5 mm, which is more likely to make the ligated tissues necrosis incompletely and increases the risk of bleeding when the knot detaches.
The length of inner bore of elastic band is nearly zero, which makes the ligated tissues necrosis completely without haemorrhage.
Another key indicator is elastic recoil of ligation band
Rubber band may slip leading to ineffective treatment. It may also reduce the elasticity resulting in the ligated tissues necrosis incompletely and increasing the complications because of storage time and material.
